About me
Neta Weiner is a musician, actor, director, and activist from Jaffa. He leads System Ali, a multilingual Jewish-Palestinain hip-hop band, and is the artistic director of Beit System Ali, a social-educational movement. His second solo album, Pinui Binui, includes lyrics in Hebrew, Arabic, Yiddish, and English. Neta has created award-winning stage works and composed the soundtrack for the hit series Madrasa. He lectures at Tufts University and is a guest scholar at Brandeis University.
