About me
Ramona Peters is a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and NLC founder. She has served her tribe as: Tribal Historic Preservation Officer, NAGPRA (Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act) Director, and researcher. She formed the NLC as a collective group of indigenous people to resume purposeful care of the earth. She has a BA in Education and a MS in Applied Human and Community Development.
