Barry W. Enderwick has passion for food, cooking, culture, and of course, eating. In 2018, he came across The Up-To-Date Sandwich Book published in 1909 and decided to try some of the recipes on social media. Today, Barry makes sandwiches from old recipes as written, then plusses them up for the modern palate on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit.
