Suzanne B. O’Brien, RN is considered a pioneer in the global Death Doula movement and is the author of the international bestselling book The Good Death. She is the founder of Doulagivers Institute, has over two decades of end-of-life experience, and has personally served at the bedside of more than 1,000 dying patients. She was awarded Worldwide Leader in Healthcare by the International Nurses Association and named Humanitarian Ambassador by Oprah Magazine in 2019. Suzanne’s life mission is to transform how we approach death—from the current culture of fear and crisis to the return of death as the natural, sacred experience it was always meant to be.
